NEPSE publishes broker wise list of total clients; only 1.22% of total clients use online system

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published an updated list of the online and offline clients of each broker.
As per the list published, number of clients who use the online system has grown to 16,573 clients till December 15, 2019. The highest number of online clients is with Broker No. 34, Vision Securities (1533 clients) followed by Broker No. 57, Arya Tara Investment and Securities (1393 clients). Out of the total clients of Vision Securities, 8.20% are online clients followed by Broker No. 35, Kohinoor Investment with 6.83% of online clients out of total clients.
Similarly, the lowest number of online clients is held by Broker No. 8, Ashutosh Brokerage & Securities with only 49 clients making up only 0.08% of total clients. Broker No. 6, Agrawal Securities is on the second last position with only 0.21% of online clients.
In total, the number of clients stands at 1.35 Million among which only 16,573 are clients using online system. A mere 1.22% of total clients are currently using the online system for trading in the securities market.
