NEPSE Settles Today's Session With Double-Digit Loss: Market Capitalization Stood at Rs. 42.06 Kharba

The NEPSE index finished today at 2,645.39 points, reflecting a notable decrease of 20.41 points (0.76%) from the previous day's close, following a significant increase of 25.88 points in the last trading session.

The index fluctuated between an intraday low of 2,637.54 and a high of 2,684.66 during trading.

A total of 324 stocks were traded across 65,091 transactions, with 15,742,514 shares exchanging hands, leading to a turnover of Rs. 6.27 Arba. The market capitalization stood at Rs. 42.06 Kharba, and the float market capitalization was Rs. 14.91 Kharba.

ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC) topped the turnover list with Rs. 43.44 crores, closing at Rs. 823.90.

Likewise, today's highest gainer was ICFC Finance Limited (ICFC), at 10%.

Meanwhile, Mahuli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSLB) faced the biggest loss, dropping 4.28%.

Sector-wise, the Finance Index saw the highest increase of 2.32%, while the Banking SubIndex registered the highest loss of 1.70%.
