NEPSE successfully conducted 36th AGM, Nepal Government eager to help for the overall development of Securities Market as per Finance Minster

Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) had successfully conducted 36^th Annual General Meeting yesterday (Poush 29, 2074). As per the notice published by NEPSE in own website, the AGM had endorsed 50% cash dividend and all the financial statements are presented and are approved accordingly. On the same day, 25^th Anniversary was concluded in the presence of Honorable Finance Minister Gyanendra Bahadur Karki, Minister give positive signal for the growth of securities market that Nepal Government would be providing necessary help required for the overall growth of the industry. Also, Karki distributed award to Sudarshan Upadhyaya and Badri Ram Adhikari for the long servive they had contributed to NEPSE and also inaugurated souvenir. Moreover, in the same program, winners of NEPSE Corporate Bull’s Race 2074 are awarded with cash prizes. More than 200 participants from 120 companies participated in the Bull’s Race. Lastly, NEPSE had also conducted blood donation program on Poush23, 2074 in which total 52 people donated the blood.
