NEPSE supports government’s decision to extend lockdown; trading activities halted till 20th Jestha, 2077

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has again published a notice regarding the extension of suspension of all trading activities in the securities market.

As per the notice, after the government decided to extend the lockdown till Jestha 20, 2077 to contain the pandemic from spreading, NEPSE will also remain closed till the mentioned as directed by the government.

The market has remained closed since Chaitra 9, 2076.

Earlier, Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) has instructed the only stock exchange of the country, NEPSE to stop the trading activities from 1^st of Jestha (14^th May) till 5^th Jestha, 2077 (18^th May, 2020) after the commencement of trading for 2 days.
