The Nepal Stock Exchange (NEPSE) has issued a notice addressing ongoing concerns related to the operation and management of the Trade Management System (TMS) for securities transactions.
In recent weeks, NEPSE has received numerous complaints and grievances from investors, highlighting various issues encountered during trading activities. These concerns primarily revolve around the failure of brokers to adequately address and resolve the problems faced by their clients.
NEPSE emphasizes that it is the fundamental responsibility of brokers to listen to and resolve complaints received from investors promptly. Failure to do so undermines the integrity and efficiency of the securities trading system, affecting overall investor confidence.
For further inquiries or to report a complaint, investors can contact NEPSE’s Investor Relations Department or visit the NEPSE website.
