NEPSE Index made 138.99 points volatility with the market reaching the highest 2681.10 and the lowest 2542.11. The index gained 47.68 points (1.81%) in this trading week. Last week market closed at 2633.42 points and this week closed at 2681.10 points on Tuesday.
Exponential Moving Average:
NEPSE index is above 5 days EMA but below 20 days EMA. The Index above the short-term moving average signals for possibilities of change in the trend. Index closing above 20 days EMA only signals for the change in the trend from bearish to bullish.
Relative Strength Index:
Relative Strength Index is a momentum oscillator that measures between zero and 100. Currently, the Relative Strength Index is at the 41.65 level. Traditionally the RSI is considered overbought when above 70 and oversold when below 30. Negative divergence is seen in RSI Indicator. The index is making lower low but RSI is making lower highs. It is forming the bullish divergence.
Moving Average Convergence and Divergence:
MACD line (blue) and the signal line (red line) are in the negative zone. A histogram is also in the negative zone. The MACD line is trying to cross the signal line, need to wait till the crossover.
