Nerude Laghubitta announces 20.79% dividend; Paid-up capital to rise to Rs 39.75 crore after 15% bonus

Nerude Laghubitta Bitiya Sanstha Limited (NLBBL) has announced 20.79% dividend for the shareholders.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the microfinance company has announced 15% bonus shares worth Rs 5.18 crore and 5.79% cash dividend worth Rs 2.001 crore. The dividends are being distributed from the net profit for the FY 2074/75 of Rs 1.68 crore and share premium of Rs 3.49 crore.
The paid-up capital of the microfinance company will reach Rs 39.75 crore after the adjustment of 15% bonus shares.
The decision of the microfinance company is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and upcoming AGM of the company.
