Nerude Laghubitta has appointed RBB Merchant Banking as its share registrar to be effective from Shrawan 1, 2078.
The agreement of the share registrar was signed between MD of the microfinance Mr. Sudhir Shrestha and CEO of the merchant banker Mr. Badri Prasad Pyakurel amid a program on Asad 6, 2078.
