Nerude Laghubitta Proposes 23.1579% Dividend for FY 2078/79

Nerude Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NLBBL) has declared a 23.1579% dividend for FY 2078/79.
The 299th meeting of the board of directors has decided to declare a 1.1579% cash dividend worth Rs. 69.47 Lakhs (Tax purpose) and a bonus dividend of 22% worth Rs.13.20 Crores for the Fiscal Year 2078/79. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 60 Crores.
The cash dividend will be distributed after approval by Nepal Rastra Bank and endorsement by the company's AGM.
