Nesdo Sambridha Laghubitta Distributed 15% Cash Dividend Directly to Shareholders' Bank Accounts

Nesdo Sambridha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NESDO) has distributed 15% cash dividends directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders and has urged them to dematerialize their shares.
The company convened its 4th AGM for the FY 2078/79 on 26th Ashwin, 2080. The company endorsed a 15% dividend (including tax) for FY 2078/79. The company started to deposit the return in the bank account of the shareholders from 29th Ashwin, 2080.
Furthermore, the company has made a request to its shareholders to dematerialize their shares, especially if they have not updated their bank information within the Demat account.
Additionally, eligible investors who had secured loans against the company's shares before the book closure date must furnish a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to qualify for the dividend payment.
