Nesdo Sambridha Laghubitta Proposes 15% Dividend for the Fiscal Year 2080/81

Nesdo Sambridha Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NESDO) has proposed a 15% dividend for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.

As per the notice published by the company, NESDO has proposed 14.25% bonus shares worth Rs. 3.63 Crores and 0.75% cash dividend (for tax purposes) worth Rs. 19.12 Lakhs. The company's paid-up capital is Rs. 25.50 Crores.

The decision taken by the BOD meeting of the company is subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming AGM of the company.

As of writing, NESDO has an LTP of Rs 2,190.00.

The previous dividend distribution made by the company was a 15% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
