Nexgen Management and Hotel Seven Sign Agreement for Financial Consultancy and Management

Nexgen Management and Sauraha's Hotel Seven signed a financial consultancy and management agreement on 6th Ashadh 2081 at the hotel's corporate office. The agreement was signed by President Hari Prasad Pathak for the hotel and President Ramesh Kumar Bhattarai for Nexgen.

Hotel Seven, established in 2067 in Sauraha, Chitwan, is a two-star hotel with 48 rooms, a swimming pool, a restaurant, and seminar halls. The hotel plans to upgrade to five-star facilities, adding 30 rooms, a seminar hall, a gym, and a continental restaurant next year. To finance this, they plan to bring in more founding shareholders and issue shares to the public.

Nexgen Management will assist in restructuring the hotel's capital, converting it into a limited company, managing resources, business planning, marketing, and public share issuance. Nexgen is known for providing consulting services to domestic and foreign industrialists.
