Ngadi Group Power (NGPL) Calls SGM on Shrawan 14 To Endorse 100% Right Shares

Ngadi Group Power Limited (NGPL) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 14th Shrawan, 2080. The meeting will be held in Lord Party Venue, Dhumbarahi, starting at 10 am that day.
These are the agendas of the SGM:
1) Endorse 100% right shares from the current paid-up capital of Rs. 1.85 Arba.
2) To change the location of the company, amend the Articles of Association after the issuance of the right shares.
3) Provide full authority to the BoDs to carry out the necessary work related to amendments as guided by the regulatory board.
4) To pay off debt taken by the company.
Shrawan 04 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this meeting.
