NIBL Ace Capital appointed as Debenture Registrar of Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank

NIBL Ace Capital Limited has been appointed as Debenture Registrar of Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank Limited (NCC Bank).
Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank Ltd. (NCC Bank) formally registered as Nepal - Bank of Ceylon Ltd. (NBOC), commenced its operation on October 14, 1996 as a Joint Venture with Bank of Ceylon, Sri Lanka. The name of the Bank was changed to Nepal Credit & Commerce Bank Ltd, (NCC Bank) on 10th September 2002, due to transfer of shares and management of the Bank from Bank of Ceylon, to Nepalese Promoters.
The Debenture Registrar Service Agreement was made between the two companies on Chaitra 12, 2077 agreed on the matter.
The agreement for the same was signed on March 25, 2021 between Mr. Rajesh Raj Dhungel (Senior Manager, Nepal Credit and Commerce Bank Ltd.) and Mr. Sachindra Dhungana (Assistant General Manager, NIBL Ace Capital Ltd.)
