NIBL Ace Capital joins hands with other partners for Road to IPO workshop at Birgunj targeting corporate houses

NIBL Ace Capital Ltd., Express Services Private Limited and Pioneer Law Associates collaboratively conducted a workshop on “Road to IPO” to make corporate houses aware of IPO process in terms of legal and financial perspective. As a sponsor for the program, Dynamic Techno Soft Pvt. Ltd displayed its banner in the program. The workshop was conducted on Monday, May 8, 2023, at Clark Resort of Birgunj.

Mr. Anup Raj Upreti Managing Partner of Pioneer Law Associates and Mr. Sachindra Dhungana Deputy General Manager of NIBL Ace Capital Limited were the presenters of the session. CA Subhash Khandelwal and CA Pradeep Kushwaha played an important role in successfully implementing the program.

The workshop covered vivid issues regarding IPO focusing on legal aspects, corporate governance, capital structuring, IPO pricing, size timeline and methods. Number of participants from various corporate houses, got insights on various aspects of IPO
