NIBL Sahabhagita Fund Announces 4 Percent Cash Dividend for FY 079-80; Book Closure on Shrawan 11

NIBL Sahabhagita Fund (NIBLSF) has announced to distribute a four percent cash dividend to its shareholders for the financial year 2079-80.
The 110th meeting of the Board of Directors (BOD) held on Shrawan 11th decided to distribute the cash dividend of four percent for the recently concluded financial year 2079-80.
In the same manner, the meeting also decided to announce book closure for 2080/04/11. Hence, shareholders maintained before the date can claim the dividend.
NIBL Sahabhagita Fund is Nepal's first open-ended scheme, with 16.09 crore listed unit shares, with Rs. 10 as the face value of each unit.
The open-ended mutual fund has Rs. 1.60 Arba as the total paid-up value.
An announcement has also been made for a dividend re-investment plan to all the qualified unit holders to register their names within the given timeframe.
