“NIBL Sahabhagita Fund” Distributing 7.20% Cash Dividend to Bank Accounts

NIBL Ace Capital Limited is distributing 7.20% cash dividend of “NIBL Sahabhagita Fund” directly to bank accounts of its shareholders from 30th Bhadra.

The 99th meeting of the board held on Bhadra 09 proposed a 7.20% cash dividend (including tax) for NIBL Sahabhagita Fund (NIBLSF) for the fiscal year 2078/79. NIBL Sahabhagita Fund is NIBL Ace Capital's fund scheme and is the first open-ended fund. This fund is not tradable at Nepal Stock Exchange like other closed-ended funds and it has no fixed maturity period.

Unitholders can also choose the Dividend Re-investment Plan where they can reinvest the dividend to the mutual fund itself. Furthermore, the capital has urged unitholders to authorize their bank details on the Demat account in order to receive the dividend.
