NIC Asia Bank Calls AGM on 29th Poush; What are the Agendas?

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) has called its 25th AGM on 29th Poush, 2079. The meeting will be held in the Hotel Ananda, Tilganga, Kathmandu, starting at 9 AM that day.

These are the agendas of the AGM:

1) Endorsement of financial reports for the fiscal year 2078/79.
2) Endorsement of annual reports presented by the Chairman.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80 and approval of their compensation.
4) To approve the decision to elect Mr. Keshav Prasad Lamsal as a director on behalf of the general shareholding group.
5) To make timely amendments to the bank's Articles of Association and regulations.
6) Misc.

The book closure date is from Poush 18 to Poush 29. Thus, the shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this AGM
