NIC ASIA Bank convenes its 26th AGM; endorses proposal of 30.5% dividend to its shareholders

NIC ASIA Bank has convened its 26^th AGM for the FY 2079-80 on Ashoj 28, 2080 under the leadership of its chairman.

Apart from the regular financial reports of the previous fiscal year, the AGM has also endorsed the board’s proposal of 29% bonus shares worth Rs 3.35 arba and 1.5263% cash dividend worth Rs 17.65 crore for taxation purposes. After the proposed bonus shares are capitalized, the paid-up value of the bank will scale up to Rs 14.91 arba, as per the media statement.

The bank currently has 360 branches, 110 extension counters, 61 branchless banking units and 631 ATM booths under its network all over the nation.
