NIC Asia Bank Holds 27th AGM, Approves Financial Reports and New Preference Share Issuance

NIC Asia Bank held its 27th Annual General Meeting on Thursday, Falgun 22, 2024, at the Army Officers' Club in Bhadrakali, Kathmandu.
The meeting discussed and approved the board's report, the auditor’s report, financial statements for the fiscal year 2080/81, and various amendments to the bank’s memorandum and articles of association.
Additionally, the board approved the issuance of NIC Asia Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares worth Rs. 5 billion at Rs. 100 per share, pending necessary approvals.
