NIC Asia Bank Initiates Auction for Promoter Shares of SJLIC, SWMF, NIFRA, And CIT Trust From Today
NIC Asia Bank Limited is selling the promoter shares of SuryaJyoti Life Insurance Company Limited (SJLIC), Suryodaya Womi Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SWMF), Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA), and Citizen Investment Trust (CIT) in the auction from today i.e. 22nd Shrawan to 29th Shrawan, 2081.
92,349 unit promoter shares of SJLIC, 51,805 unit promoter shares of SWMF, 9,65,000 unit promoter shares of NIFRA, and 50,000 unit promoter shares of CIT are being auctioned. Qualified investors are eligible to bid in the auction of all four companies.
The minimum bid rates for various auctions are as follows: Rs. 185 for SJLIC, Rs. 399 for SWMF, Rs. 101 for NIFRA, and Rs. 833 for CIT. For the promoters' shares, the minimum bid quantity is 5,000 units, with no upper limit specified.
NIC Asia Capital is the auction manager. As of writing, SJLIC, SWMF, NIRFA, and CIT have an LTP of Rs. 532.00, 1,130.00, 286.40, and Rs. 2,420.10 respectively.
