NIC ASIA Bank to convene its 26th AGM on Ashoj 28; to endorse the proposal of 30.5 % dividend

NIC ASIA Bank through its board meeting has decided to convene its 26th AGM for the FY 2079-80 on Ashoj 28, 2080.
The AGM will be endorsing 29% bonus shares worth Rs 3.35 Arba and a 1.5263% cash dividend worth Rs 17.65 crore for taxation purposes for its shareholders from the profit it earned during the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement.
the bank currently has 360 branches, 613 ATM outlets, 109 extension counters and 61 branchless banking units under its network.
