NIC Asia Bank Unveils Book Closure Date And Call 27th AGM

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) has called its 27th AGM on 22nd Falgun, 2081. The meeting will be held in the Army Officer's Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu, starting at 9 am that day.

Among the other agendas, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2081/82.

Furthermore, there is an agenda to issue Rs. 5 Arba worth of Perpetual Non-Cumulative Preference Shares at a face value of Rs. 100 per share, subject to regulatory approval. Additionally, the bank has proposed increasing its authorized capital from Rs. 14.92 Arba to Rs. 19.92 Arba and its paid-up capital from Rs. 14.91 Arba to Rs. 19.91 Arba.

The board has also approved amendments to the bank’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, allowing necessary modifications per regulatory directives. Furthermore, the board or designated officials have been authorized to implement any required changes during the approval process.

Falgun 22 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout and can also attend this AGM.
