NIC Asia Capital Declares 52.53% Cash Dividend for Financial Year 80-81; Calls AGM On Bhadra 11

NIC Asia Capital has declared the dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The 143rd Board of Directors (BOD) meeting held on Shrawan 16 proposed to distribute a cash dividend of Rs. 10,50,60,000, amounting to 52.53 percent (including tax) on the current paid-up capital.
The meeting of the Board of Directors has also called the eighth Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Bhadra 11 to pass the resolution for the dividend distribution. The AGM of NIC Asia Capital will be convened at the registered office located in Thapathali at 9 am.
During the meeting, the annual report of the Board of Directors for the financial year 2080/81 and the auditor's report, along with the balance sheet up to Ashad 2081, will be presented. Additionally, the proposal to appoint an auditor for the financial year 2081/82 and determine their remuneration will also be discussed.
