NIC Asia Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of NICGF and NICBF

NIC Asia Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its mutual funds. 22nd Kartik is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout.
The meeting of the Board of Directors of NIC Asia Capital Limited, held on Ashwin 27, decided to distribute a 10.50% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 8.76 Crores to the unitholders of NIC Asia Growth Fund (NICGF) and 10% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 7.55 Crores to the unitholders of NIC Asia Balanced Fund (NICBF) for the fiscal year 2079/80.
Last Year, NICGF and NICBF announced a 13% cash dividend each for FY 2078/79. As of writing, the LTP of NICGF is Rs. 9.70 and that of NICBF is Rs. 9.20.
