NIC Asia Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of NICSF, NICFC, NICGF, And NICBF

NIC Asia Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme. 28th Bhadra is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 27th Bhadra are entitled to the dividend payout.

The 143rd meeting of the board of directors of NIC Capital Limited, held on Shrawan 16, has resolved to distribute the following dividends for the fiscal year 2080/81: a 14% cash dividend (including tax), amounting to Rs. 17.50 crores, to the unitholders of NICSF; a 10.50% cash dividend (including tax), totaling Rs. 10.71 crores, to the unitholders of NICFC; a 9.50% cash dividend (including tax), worth Rs. 7.93 crores, to the unitholders of NICGF; and a 6.98% cash dividend (including tax), equating to Rs. 6.98 crores, to the unitholders of NICBF.

For the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Values (NAVs) for various funds are reported as follows: NICSF has an NAV of Rs. 11.46 and closed at Rs. 10.87; NICFC has an NAV of Rs. 11.34 with a closing value of Rs. 10.31; NICGF's NAV stands at Rs. 11.36, closing at Rs. 10.86; NICBF has an NAV of Rs. 11.00 and closed at Rs. 10.18.
