NIC ASIA Laghubitta and Swadeshi Laghubitta to Commence Joint Transaction from 8th Chaitra

NIC ASIA Laghubitta recently convened its 3rd AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Kapil Dhakal. The AGM endorsed the recent merger agreement with Swadeshi Laghubitta.

After a successful merger, the two companies will commence their joint transaction from 8th Chaitra. The joint transaction will be carried out under the name "NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited".

While NIC ASIA Laghubitta is a D-class financial institution with its central office in Bheri Municipality, Ward - 4, Jajarkot, Swadeshi Laghubitta has its central office in Itahari Sub-Metropolitan, Ward - 9, Sunsari. After the merger, the central office will be in the central office of the former Swadeshi Laghubitta, i.e. in Sunsari.

Meanwhile, both the companies will halt all services on Chaitra 06 for Data Migration purposes.
