NIC ASIA Laghubitta convenes 5th AGM; endorses 14.75% cash dividend for its shareholders

NIC ASIA Laghubitta has convened its 5th AGM on Baisakh 10, 2080 under the leadership of company’s chair.
Apart from all the financial reports, the AGM has also endorsed 14.75% cash dividend worth Rs 25.65 crore for its shareholders, as per the media statement.
The microfinance currently has 287 branches in 74 districts serving more than 208K rural households.
