NIC Asia Laghubitta Distributed Cash Dividends Directly to Shareholders' Bank Accounts

NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) has distributed a 15% cash dividend directly to the bank accounts of its shareholders and has urged them to dematerialize their shares.
The company convened its 6th AGM on 6th Poush, 2080, and endorsed a 15% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 1st decided to distribute the entirety of the dividend in cash. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.73 Arba, the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 26.09 crores.
Furthermore, the company has requested its shareholders to dematerialize their shares, especially if they have not updated their bank information within the Demat account.
Additionally, suppose eligible investors had taken a loan against the shares of the company before the book closure date. In that case, they should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to receive the dividend.
