NIC Asia Laghubitta (NICLBSL) Proposes 15% Cash Dividend for FY 2079/80

NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) has proposed a 15% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80.

The meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 01 (today) has decided to distribute the entirety of the dividend in cash. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1.73 Arba the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 26.09 Crores.

The dividend will be distributed only after approval by the central bank and endorsement by the company's upcoming AGM. As of writing, NICLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 615.

Last year, the company distributed a 14.75% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79.
