NIC Asia Laghubitta Unveils Book Closure Date for its 14.75% Cash Dividend; Calls AGM on Baisakh 10

NIC Asia Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NICLBSL) has called its 5th AGM on 10th Baisakh, 2080. The meeting will be held in Hotel Gajur Palace - Hotel in Dharan, Sunsari, starting at 9 AM that day.

Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 14.75% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2078/79. The meeting of the board of directors held on Falgun 21 decided to distribute the entirety of the dividend in cash. Since the paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 1,73,94,40,000, the cash dividend is worth a little over Rs. 25,65,67,400. 

Furthermore, there is an agenda to endorse the auditor's report with PL statements, financial reports, and cash flow reports for FY 2078/79 and appoint an auditor for the fiscal year 2079/80. The meeting will elect directors and the proposal to amend the Articles of Association will also be approved.

The book closure date is from Baisakh 01 to Baisakh 10. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
