NIFRA Unveils Book Closure Date for its 4.2105% Dividend; Calls AGM on Poush 17

Nepal Infrastructure Bank Limited (NIFRA) has called its 5th AGM on 17th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held at Anupam Foodland and Banquet, Battisputali, Kathmandu, starting from 9 AM that day.
Among the other agendas, the AGM will endorse a 4.2105% cash dividend worth Rs. 90.94 crores for the fiscal year 2079/80. The 134th meeting of the board of directors held on Kartik 20 decided to distribute the dividend on the paid-up capital of Rs. 21.60 Arba. 4.2105% cash dividend (including tax) worth Rs. 90,94,68,000 have been proposed.
The book closure date is on Poush 6. Therefore, the shareholders maintained before that day are entitled to dividend payout and can attend this AGM.
