NIMB Capital Declares Book Closure Date for Proposed Dividend of NIBL Growth Fund

NIMB Ace Capital Limited has declared the book closure date for the dividend of its closed-end mutual fund scheme. 16th Ashwin is the book closure date. Thus, unit holders maintained till the 15th Ashwin are entitled to the dividend payout.
At the 126th board meeting of NIMB Ace Capital Limited, held on Bhadra 20, it was decided to distribute a 6.35% dividend (including tax), amounting to Rs. 8.38 Crore, to NIBL Growth Fund (NIBLGF) for the fiscal year 2080/81.
NIBL Growth Fund (NIBLGF) is a closed-ended mutual fund with a 10-year maturity period. It is sponsored by NIMB Bank Limited and managed by NIMB Ace Capital Limited.
For the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of NIBLGF stands at Rs. 10.64, with a closing value of Rs. 10.17.
