Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta convenes its 22nd AGM; endorses proposal of 13% bonus shares to its shareholders

Nirdhan Utthan Laghubitta has convened its 22nd AGM for the FY 2076-77 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Sharad Nidhi Tiwari on Falgun 25, 2077.
The AGM has endorsed the proposal to provide 13% bonus shares worth Rs 19.50 crore and 0.68% cash dividend worth Rs 1.02 crore for taxation purposes, as per the media statement.
The AGM also nominated Sunder and Company, a Chartered Accountant as the external auditor for the current fiscal year, as per the media statement.
