Nirvana Chaudhary, Managing Director of Chaudhary Group and scion of billionaire Binod Chaudhary, has made history as the first Nepali private sector representative at the World Economic Forum (WEF) in Davos.

                  

Addressing a panel on climate change action in Alpine Economies, Chaudhary emphasized Nepal's vital role as a source of Himalayan water, crucial for a significant portion of the world's population. His participation alongside global leaders highlighted the growing influence of South Asian markets in international economic discussions.

Sharing the stage with luminaries like Bill Gates and Gautam Adani, Chaudhary showcased Nepal's potential, citing a 100,000-megawatt power generation capacity and underscoring the nation's ability to support up to 2 billion people with water from its mountains. The Chaudhary Group hailed this moment as a historic milestone for both the individual and Nepal, illustrating the prowess of young leaders from developing economies on the global stage.
