NLG Insurance Company Calls SGM on Shrawan 15; Company to Issue 66% Right Shares

NLG Insurance Company Limited (NLG) has called its Special General Meeting (SGM) on 15th Shrawan, 2080. The meeting will be held in Amrapali Banquet, Baluwatar, starting at 10:30 am that day.
These are the agendas of the SGM:
1) Discussion to increase the authorized and paid-up capital of the company from Rs. 1.46 Arba to Rs. 2.42 Arba.
2) Endorse 66% right shares from the current paid-up capital of Rs. 1.46 Arba.
3) To amend the Articles of Association after the issuance of 66% right shares.
4) Provide full authority to the BoDs to carry out the necessary work related to amendments as guided by the regulatory board.
Shrawan 08 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that day are eligible to attend this meeting.
