NMB 50 Proposes 15% Cash Dividend and NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II Proposes 10% Cash Dividend for FY 2080/81; When is the Book Closure?

NMB 50 (NMB50) and NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II (NSIF2) have announced dividends for the fiscal year 2080/81.

In a meeting of the board of directors of NMB Capital Limited decided to distribute a 15% cash dividend (including tax) for NMB 50 (NMB50) and a 10% cash dividend (including tax) for NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II (NSIF2) for the fiscal year 2080/81.

NMB 50 (NMB50) is a closed-ended mutual fund with a 7-year maturity period, while NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II (NSIF2) has a 10-year maturity period. Both funds are sponsored by NMB Bank Limited and managed by NMB Capital Limited.

As of the month of Ashadh, the Net Asset Value (NAV) of NMB50 is reported at Rs. 11.71, with a closing price of Rs. 11.50. NSIF2's NAV stands at Rs. 12.22, with a closing price of Rs. 11.60.

The book closure date for dividend eligibility is 11th Ashwin, meaning unit holders on record till 10th Ashwin are entitled to receive the dividend.
