NMB Bank concludes 25th AGM; gives nod to provide 16.2% dividend to its shareholders

NMB Bank has organized it's 25th Annual General Meeting (AGM) under the chairmanship of Mr. Pawan Kumar Golyan, on January 13, 2021, at the Bank’s office premises in Krishna Tower, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. As a safety measure against Covid-19, digital the Bank limited the number of attendees and opted for digital streaming of the AGM for the investors.

The AGM has decided to distribute 13% bonus share and 3.2% cash dividend for tax provision from its profit of the fiscal year 2076-77 and approved the increment of the authorized capital of the Bank from current NPR. 16 Billion to NPR. 20 Billion
