NMB Bank Offering Home Loan at Fixed Interest Rate for 5 Years

NMB Bank will allow home mortgages to customers at a fixed interest rate for 5 years.

The bank will now offer home loans at a fixed 8.5% p.a. interest for 5 years. The loan payment period can be extended over 25 years. While the bank is offering adjustable home loans at 7.99% p.a., the fixed interest scheme ensures that borrowers do not have to pay higher if the interest rate rises over the course of payment.
