NMB Bank Limited (NMB) has unveiled the book closure date and has called the 29th AGM on Poush 25, 2081.
The 479th board of directors meeting held on Mangsir 28, 2081 decided to call the 29th AGM on Poush 25, 2081. The bank has not proposed any dividend for the fiscal year 2080/81. The current paid-up capital of the bank is Rs. 18.36 Arba.
Poush 11 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that are entitled to attend the AGM.
