NMB Bank Limited (NMB) has unveiled the book closure date and has called the 28th AGM on Poush 26, 2080.
The 459th board of directors meeting held on Mangsir 27, 2080 decided to call the 28th AGM on Poush 26, 2080. The bank has not proposed any dividend for the fiscal year 2079/80. The current paid-up capital of the bank is Rs. 18.36 Arba.
Poush 6 is the book closure date. Thus, shareholders maintained before that are entitled to attend the AGM.
