NMB Capital Distributing Cash Dividend To Unit Holders of Both “NMB Hybrid Fund L-1” And "NMB 50"

NMB Capital Limited is distributing a 15% cash dividend of "NMB Hybrid Fund L- 1" and "NMB 50" directly to the bank account of its unit holders and has urged them to dematerialize their shares.
The funds had announced to distribute a 15% cash dividend each for the last fiscal year 2079/2080. NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 is going to deposit the return in the beneficiary account of the unitholders from 21st Ashwin while NMB 50 is going to deposit the return from 22nd Ashwin, 2080. The bank requests all the unitholders to verify returns in their beneficiary accounts.
Both of these funds closed their books on Ashwin 12 for the purpose of cash dividends. Also, the company has urged the unitholders to dematerialize their shares, also, if they haven't updated their bank information in the Demat account are requested to do so in order to receive the dividend.
Additionally, if eligible investors had taken a loan against the shares of the company should present a No Objection Letter from their lending institution to receive the dividend.
