NMB Capital Proposes 17% Cash Dividend; Calls AGM With These Agendas

NMB Capital Limited (NMBCAP) has called its 13th AGM going to be held on 29th Poush, 2080. The meeting will be held in Hotel Barahi, Tridevi Marga, Thamel, Kathmandu, starting at 4 pm that day.
These are the agendas of the AGM:
1) Endorsement of the annual report for the fiscal year 2079/80.
2) Endorsement of financial reports till Ashar end, 2080.
3) Appointment of auditor for the fiscal year 2080/81 and approval of their remuneration.
4) Endorsement of a 17% cash dividend (including tax) for the fiscal year 2079/80.
5) Miscellaneous.
