NMB Laghubitta convenes 10th AGM; endorses 10% bonus shares for its shareholders

NMB Laghubitta has convened its 10th AGM on Baisakh 15, 2080 under the leadership of the company’s chair Mr. Sanjib Subba.
The AGM has decided to approve 10% bonus shares worth Rs 6.55 crore for its shareholders for the previous fiscal year, as per the media statement.
The AGM has also authorized the board to carry out any merger/acquisition process with other suitable institutions in the future, as per the media statement.
