No Dividend for FY 2076/77: Samudayik Laghubitta; When's the Book Closure for 7th AGM?

Samudayik Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (SLBSL) will not distribute any dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The 155th meeting of the board of directors held on Magh 08 has decided to not distribute any bonus shares, cash dividends, or right shares. This means that the investors of SLBSL will be left empty-handed this time. Nonetheless, the price appreciation in this bullish ride has certainly fulfilled the void. Meanwhile, in the fiscal year 2075/76, the company had given 32% bonus shares and 1.68% cash dividend.

Furthermore, the meeting of the board of directors has also declared the upcoming AGM to be held on Falgun 05. This is the 7th AGM of the company. The book closure date is on Magh 25. Thus, investors maintained before that day are eligible to participate in the AGM.

As of writing, the LTP of the company is Rs. 1,372.
