No Dividend To CYC Nepal Laghubitta Shareholders for FY 2080/81

CYC Nepal Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (CYCL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
The 146th Board Meeting of CYCL held on Poush 06, 2081 has decided that the company will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2080/81. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
CYCL closed at Rs. 1,591.00.
The company distributed a 31.58% dividend (including 30% bonus shares) to its shareholders for FY 2078/2079.
