No Dividend To Jyoti Bikash Bank Shareholders For FY 2079/80

Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited (JBBL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The 473rd Board Meeting of JBBL held on Poush 04, 2080 has decided that the development bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2079/80. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
As of December 19, JBBL closed at Rs. 319.
