No Dividend To Jyoti Bikash Bank Shareholders For FY 2080/81

Jyoti Bikash Bank Limited (JBBL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
The 503rd Board Meeting of JBBL held on Mangsir 27, 2081 has decided that the development bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2080/81. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
As of December 12, JBBL closed at Rs. 380.
