No Dividend To Kumari Bank and Ganapati Laghubitta Shareholders for FY 2079/80

Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The Board Meeting of KBL held on 28th Mangsir, 2080 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2079/80. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the Bank.
The paid-up capital of the bank is 26.22 Arba. As of writing, KBL has an LTP of Rs. 156.50.

Ganapati Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (GMFBS) has announced that no dividends will be distributed for the Fiscal Year 2079/80.
The decision was made during the 111th Board Meeting held on Mangsir 28. The GMFBS Board has endorsed the financials for the fiscal year 2079/80 and has not proposed any cash dividends or bonus shares for the FY 2079/70. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the upcoming Annual General Meeting of the company.
As of writing, GMFBS has an LTP of Rs. 714.90.
