Mahila Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MLBSL) announces that it will not be distributing any dividends for the Fiscal Year 2080/81.
The Board Meeting of MLBSL held on 25th Poush, 2081 has decided that the bank will not be distributing any dividend for FY 2080/81. However, the financial statements are subject to approval from Nepal Rastra Bank and the bank's upcoming Annual General Meeting.
The paid-up capital of the bank is 21.75 Crores. As of writing, MLBSL has an LTP of Rs. 2,331.
